Kathleen Babeu Cumberland County Charter Commission write-in candidate

I am writing to ask for your support on November 4th as a write-in
candidate for the Cumberland County Charter Commission. The Charter
Commission will spend over a year creating a proposed charter which
will then be adopted or turned down by voters, most likely in the
Spring or Fall election of 2010. The Charter is the defining document
of how a body of government organizes itself.

As previous Falmouth Town Clerk, my experience and knowledge in public
record would be of benefit to our community and the Charter
Commission. In addition, Chairing the Legislative Policy Committee on
behalf of the Maine Town & City Clerks Association enabled me to work
within the counties at the state level.

I would appreciate your support in District 1 by filling in the oval
next to the write-in line for the Cumberland County Charter Commission
