Hi everyone!

Finally FINALLY I'm getting my bits together to get these classes underway.
Please read on, I'm going to give you some info about the classes themselves
and the new pricing structure. Cardio/Core and Yoga & MOvement Exploration
(YME) are at the Rec and both are for all levels.

CLASSES

Cardio/Core: Remember Bellyfit? This is pretty much the same thing by a
different name. First half of the class is a cardio workout based on world
dances. It is done in the style of an aerobics routine and you are invited to
get as dancey or as straight-up aerobics about it as you like! Second half of
class is a core workout based on Restore Your Core™ principles and some
stretching. Wear workout clothes and shoes and bring a mat if you have one.
THURSDAYS: 6:00 - 7:00 pm
SATURDAYS: 8:00 - 9:00 am

Yoga & Movement Exploration: A mat-based class that uses yoga, Restorative
Exercise™ and natural human movement to help you gain strength, mobility,
flexibility and awareness in your body. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a
mat if you have one (mats are also provided if you don't).
TUESDAYS: 8:00 - 9:10 am
FRIDAYS: 8:00 - 9:10 am

The pricing structure for these classes is:
Drop-in (Non-member): $15
Drop-in (Rec member): $10
Available to Rec members: $60 session pass
(The session pass is approximately a month and I guarantee 8 sessions of each
class. There are a few days where due to holidays and personal commitments I
can't hold class, but I have scheduled in make-up classes.) Attached please
find a calendar to print and hang up.

The first "month" session runs from November 23 - December 21.

Easiest is to sign up directly through the Rec, but you can also arrive the
night of class with a check or cash for drop-in or the monthly fee (I may not
have change though!) If you sign up to have your debit card on file at the Rec
you can use that to pay a drop-in or monthly fee as well. The Rec is involved
in a big effort to get more programming and members so please help support CRC
by becoming a member (lots of other benefits!).
