CHEBEAGUE ISLAND HALL COMMUNITY CENTER PROXY

FOR ANNUAL MEETING, OCTOBER 17, 2024, 5:00 P.M.

The Chebeague Island Hall Community Center will hold its annual meeting Thursday October 17 at 5:00 p.m. at the Hall. This building serves the whole community, and everyone is a member. We require a 10% membership quorum to vote, so please show your interest and support by attending or returning this proxy so that we may continue to conduct business and elect members to the Board of Directors.

Current members of the Board of Directors are Binkie Boxer, Dylan Doughty, Dan Lilley, Nyla Lilley, Sam McLean, Cyrus McLean, Gina Ross, Tad Runge, Susie Stavropoulos, Laura Theobald, and Katie Urich.

Please fill out your proxy and mail or deliver it to Gina Ross at 214 South Rd or any of the other directors, or put it in the marked box .
