1. Meeting called to order.

 

2. Approval of prior minutes.

 

3. Approval of Warrant #20.

 

4. Public Comment.

 

5. Town Administrator Report.

 

6. New Business:

            6.1       To see if the Selectmen will discuss with CICA, affordable housing and economic                            development within the Town of Chebeague Island.

            6.2       To see if the Selectmen will discuss a report on hiring New England Planning                                  Concept and Spatial Alternatives as consultants for the Comprehensive Planning                                     process.

 

7. Old Business:

            7.1       To see if the Selectmen will discuss and/or approve drafted Town Meeting               Warrant Articles for the June 7^th, 2008.

            7.2       To see if the Selectmen will discuss and possibly act on the report from the HR                        Consultant.

            7.3       To see if the Selectmen will discuss and act on the completion of the Personnel                         Handbook.
