Priscilla E. Webber, 91

Priscilla E. Webber, 91, formerly of Cape Elizabeth, died June 24, 2001, at a Cape Elizabeth nursing home.

Born in Brockton, Mass., a daughter of Eben and Della Hamilton York, she graduated from Portland High School in 1927.

Mrs. Webber and her husband owned and operated the Quality Shop on Stevens Avenue during World War II.

She was a life member of the Order of the Eastern Star, a member of the Phi Beta Club of Portland and the Cape Elizabeth Ladies Union.

She enjoyed gardening.

Her husband, Harry Webber, died in 1977. Chebeague Island; and two grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Riverside Cemetery, Yarmouth. The Rev. Deborah Johnson-Davis will officiate. A reception will be held beginning at noon Thursday at the home of Charles Webber, 105 Fowler Road, Cape Elizabeth. Arrangements are by Jones, Rich & Hutchins Funeral Home, 199 Woodford St., Portland.
