Edith McCullom-MacLellan

 

CUMBERLAND - Edith Jackson F. McCullom-MacLellan, 88, formerly of Andover and a summer resident of Chebeague Island, died Thursday at Maine Medical Center in Portland.

Mrs. McCullom-MacLellan was born in Berwick, Nova Scotia, and graduated from Rhode Island School of Nursing. She was a member of The South Church, Shawsheen's Woman's Club and the APC Sorority in Andover, Mass.

Mrs. McCullom-MacLellan lived in Largo, Fla., where she was a member of The Church of the Isles. She summered on Chebeague Island.

Her husbands, Charles O. McCullom and Ian B. MacLellan, died previously. Her son Charles McCullom also died previously.

Surviving are two daughters, Sally Hudgins of Andover and Joanne McCullum Anderson of Portsmouth, N.H.; two sons, William McCullom of North Andover, and Thomas McCullom of south Berwick; a niece Donna Venuti of Atlanta; 16 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

A funeral will be held at 1;30 p.m. Sunday in the United Methodist Church, Chebeague Island. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in South Church, Andover.
