Althea Dugliss

Althea has a background in education and a lot of experience as an adminstrative assistant. Her great grandparents came to Chebeague for the first time at the turn of the last century. She grew up spending summers on Chebeague and actually met her husband on the beach at the Niblic when she was two. She and her husband have lived on Chebeague year-round since 1999 and have a son who attended the Chebeague Island School.
