Maine Island Adventure Schedule/Fees

Maine Island Adventure's six-day, five-night program is offered six times per year: Three sessions in June and three sessions in September. The 2001 session dates are:

Spring, 2001

	June 10 -15, registration deadline: May 31, 2001
	June 17 -22, registration deadline: June 7, 2001
	June 24 - 29, registration deadline: June 14, 2001

Fall, 2001

	September 9 - 14, registration deadline: August 30, 2001
	September 16 - 21, registration deadline: September 6, 2001
	September 23 -28, registration deadline: September 13, 2001

Registration Deadline is ten (10) days before session begins

Fees

The fee for the Maine Island Adventure is $1,310 per person for double occupancy, including all taxes and gratuities. For single occupancy, please add a surcharge of $250.

A deposit of $500 is required, due with registration.

What's included in the fee

	All equipment for kayaking, including kayaks, paddles, life jackets, etc., provided by L.L.Bean
	All equipment for overnight camping including tents and sleeping bags, provided by L.L.Bean
	Bicycles
	Food and lodging

What's not included in the fee

	Travel to satellite parking lot en route to Chebeague Island, Maine
	Personal items, such as toiletries, reading material, etc.

Methods of Payment

We require a deposit of $500 per person upon registration. This is payable by check, cash, money order or credit card. If you choose to use your VISA or MasterCard, you may conduct the transaction on this website or by telephone (207.846.5068 or toll-free: 1.888.905.9700). If you use this website, please be aware that this is not a secure site.

Final payment is due no later than ten (10) days before the first day of the Maine Island Adventure. Again, you may pay by check, cash, money order or credit card.

Refund Policy

If for some reason you need to cancel or reschedule, we will gladly give you a full refund with at least 45 days notification. Due to the nature of our programs, if we have a 21-44 day notification, there will be a 50% refund and with less than a 20 day notification, there will be a 25% refund.

Charitable Contributions

Chebeague Recreation Center, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) Charitable Corporation. Under IRS regulations, a portion of your purchase price may be deducted as a charitable contribution. We have determined that $500 of your payment may be deducted as a charitable contribution for income tax purposes.
